You are not: Birth control pills work primarily by suppressing ovulation; therefore, if you are on BCP, most likely you are not ovulating at all. If a woman's periods are irregular, then she is most likely having anovulatory cycles and is not ovulating. It is very unusual for a woman to have irregular periods while taking BCP. If you are continuing to have irregular periods on BCP, you need to see your Dr.
