Constipated: If you have not had a bowel movement in three days and now have pain the constipation is the most likely cause. There are many over the counter medications to assist in having a bowel movement. You may want to star there. If not improved then see a doctor. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
