Implantation bleedin: It is not unusual to experience spotting from implantation of the pregnancy at 5 weeks gestation. If the spotting continues or increases then I would recommend contacting your OB and get in for blood work. Best wishes!

Spotting: Spotting is not uncommon in early pregnancy. Sometimes it can be one sx of a miscarriage but often it just happens and the end result is a healthy baby. Take care.
