Depends what: It depends what you mean by "feeling better". Generally, levothyroxine is a slow acting medication and takes 4-6 weeks for an affect to occur.

I have been feeling very Fatigue for a few months now. Went to my GP and she took some bloods, FBC, Iron levels, Vitamin B12 reading, TSH and T4. Everything else was fine except for the B12, it was 715. Could this be the cause to my feeling Fatigue?
