Possible concussion: sxs: + or – loss of consciousness, headache / pressure, can't recall event, dizziness, v coordination, ringing in ears, confusion, slurred speech, nausea / vomiting & fatigue. For concussion seek medical care. Seek urgent treatment for loss of consciousness, on-going confusion, seizures, unequal pupils, recurrent vomiting, change in level of consciousness, loss of balance or difficulty walking.

Probably not: if you did not lose consciousness. Warning signs of intra cranial injury are nausea, vomiting,altered sensorium, headache, high blood pressure, and slow heart rate. If you develoop any of these, you should go to ED immediately.

Concussion: Symptoms may include headache or a feeling of pressure in the head, temporary loss of consciousness, confusion or feeling as if in a fog, amnesia surrounding the traumatic event, dizziness or "seeing stars", ringing in the ears, nausea, vomiting, slurred speech, delayed response to questions appearing dazed, or fatigue. If you have any of these see your doctor. Better safe than sorry.
