Mid cycle: Sounds that you may be mid cycle which means that you may be around ovulation. There is some level of pain around ovulation, at times, specially if there is bleeding withing the ovary as a result of ovulation. Pain should resolve spontaneously in the next several days. If pain gets worse or you are having fever, nausea and vomiting you need to contact your doctor for further evaluation.
