Chestand back pain echo holter monitor and ekg normal egd normal all bloodwork normal total cholesterol 167 had this pain for a year. any suggestions?

Unlikely cardiac: Hi. Based on your age and the studies you reference, your chest and back pain are unlikely cardiac in origin. Not surprising unless you have a family history of heart problems you didn't mention. There are countless other possible reasons for your pain, and I can't speculate without more information.
