My blood pressure is 123/87 and my pulse is 105. the pulse seems rather high. what should i do?

Monitor: Your pulse may temporarily rise and fall based on your activity and other factors. A rate of 105 is only slightly high. If you have no symptoms and the pulse is regular, just check it again after a half hour of rest. If your pulse is persistently high, check with your doctor.
