No, but...: Couples can go up to a year w/o conceiving and still have nothing wrong w/either of them. The bigger question is why do u want to have children? I would discuss it with as many people as possible before reaching that decision; as it is a very serious question with permanent effects. It might be best to wait a few years before considering the question again.

Not necessarily: We usually tell women that are trying to conceive not to be concerned about a problem until they have been trying to get pregnant for at least a year. This means having regular sex around the time of your most fertile period which is 14 days after the first day of your period. If you have been trying for a year then both you and your partner need to get a check up and labs. Good luck
