Equal: On face value most SSRIs are equivalent to each other. Specific recommendations depend on other medicines you take, your reaction, any side effects you might have and your genetic drug metabolizing enzymes. Fluoxetine also known as Prozac (fluoxetine) was the first SSRI and has a long half life so can be taken once per week but otherwise all at pretty similar.
