Anxiety after pulmonary embolism, what to do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

This is common: This is common. The best thing you can do is to make sure that you are thoroughly evaluated for causes. I would consult with a hematologist to make sure you do not have a thrombophilia, one a a number of clot forming disorders and find out what you can do about preventing possible future clots. I have three thrombophilias. Be proactive and think preventively. If that does not help see a psychologist.
