How accurate are the clamydia culture test, i got one and it came back negative, i got all the std test and they came back negative, should i worry?

Accuracy depends: There are several different tests for chlamydia and culture is the most reliable as far as positives go since you can't grow what isn't there but it is not all that reliable if negative since sometime things that a there fail to grow.Think of your garden.However, cultures are seldom done any more. Testing is almost always based on DNA now and is very reliable.
