Pains in legs and feet, bit of bruising now on both legs, had dimer and scan on legs dimer came back high but scans ok why am i bruising and in pain ?

Are you on NSAID/ASA: If you are taking something like Aspirin or Saliciilate, Ibuprofen,Naproxen like drug on regular basis you may bruise easily. Vit E High dose of Fish oil and Mega 3 may thin your blood too. If your skin is very thin, or your Platelat count is low for some reason you can bruise easily.

Not enough info: Someone ordered a D-dimer level and it came back high? If done for pain in legs, DVT (blood clots) were suspected. By scans, I guess you mean ultrasound, and they showed no clots.
