I don't know: Transvaginal sonograms are very reliable but I don't know for sure what was 1.1 cm. I'm guessing it was the uterine lining and depending on your symptoms this is normal at this stage of your menstrual cycle if you are about to start your period.There should be a lot more to the sonogram report and I can't comment on that since I don't have the report. Discuss it further with your doctor. Good luck
