Home pregnancy test: Home pregnancy tests are usually reliable and can detect very low levels of the pregnancy hormone called HCG. However, a blood test would confirm this better. If you've had intercourse in the past 3 wks, you would need to wait 14-16 days from the last time you had sex to determine if you didn't get pregnant (from the last time you had sex).

See your doctor: If you are 22 days late and the pregnancy tests are still negative it is very unlikely that pregnancy is the reason. Many other things can cause this and at this point it is time to start checking them out. Get in to your PCP or your OB/GYN and let them start doing some other testing after a full history and exam. Good luck
