Exercise, relax: First, you may want to engage in activities that get you relaxed, yoga, calming music, meditation, et.c to manage your stress. Avoiding caffeine and practicing sleep hygiene (using bed only for sleep, sit out of bed if unable to fall asleep after more than 30 minutes et.c) may help. If the the above are not helpful, see your doctor. Good luck.

Sleep hygeine: Avoid caffeine, energy drinks, and all stimulant medications and drugs (decongestants, drugs of abuse). Work out in the afternoon or early evening. Eat healthfully. Turn off all of your electronics 2 hours before you want to go to sleep. Read in bed, but not on your smartphone, tablet, etc.
