Healthy lifestyle: There are only a few verified and credible ways of improving immunity. The most important of which is good general health and a healthy lifestyle. Be sure your immunizations are up to date. Regular simple exercise such as daily brisk walking, adequate sleep and a healthy, well balanced diet. Healthy attitudes toward stress/work.Do not spend money on supplements, they do not replace healthy living

Immunity: Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Try for 8 hrs of sleep/night. Aim for 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Use whole grains. Avoid or reduce sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Consider quality probiotics. Maintain healthy weight. Exercise regularly. Manage stress. Don’t smoke. Flu vaccine. Wash hands often. Stay positive.
