Swimmer's ear: You can get inflammation or infection of the lining of the ear canal after wax is removed from the ear canal. You may need antibiotics ear drops. See your doctor or an urgent care for evaluation. In the meantime, take ibuprofen 600 - 800 mg to help with the pain.
