You may laugh: At my recommendation as you may not hear it from others but the best way i found was to get the colace (docusate sodium) liquid or gel and put few drops in the ear and then later use any irrigant like i think they are debrox, murine or just a bulb with water and irrigate the ear when you take a bath and the wax comes off. Try it you'll be surprised. I used to call it constipated ears, hehehe.
