Why ear wax removal does not work?

Ear wax: Hello. Unfortunately there isn't any products than can be safely used in the ear that dissolves ear wax. Debrox has a wax softening agent with a peroxide solution that aids in removal. Sometimes patients have small ear canals and have trouble with the wax buildup. See your doctor. We have patients who come into out office quite frequently for wax removal. Avoid ear candling. No proven benefit.
