Rapport: I think trust is the main issue . Your caregiver should be a good listener, empathetic, not sympathetic or dismissive. Problems are never "nothing"...they are issues, often with some unresolved conflicts which can often be addressed and resolved with CBT (cognitive, behavioral therapy) or RET (rational emotive therapy). Open yourself up, be vulnerable and let your feelings fly: exercise, prayer.
