How do i overcome the feeling of going to a doctor or pysch and coming away thinking that they wished you went away, what you say and feel is selfishor your problems are nothing . i suffer extreme gult for wasting all time and really want jus to isolate

Rapport: I think trust is the main issue . Your caregiver should be a good listener, empathetic, not sympathetic or dismissive. Problems are never "nothing"...they are issues, often with some unresolved conflicts which can often be addressed and resolved with CBT (cognitive, behavioral therapy) or RET (rational emotive therapy). Open yourself up, be vulnerable and let your feelings fly: exercise, prayer.
