Spider bite: Different spiders can cause different reactions to your skin. I would go see a doctor to make sure it is not infected. Until able to get in, I would take an antihistamine like benadryl (diphenhydramine) and put neosprin on it, not honey.

Lose the honey: Wash with warm soap and water and apply topical Neosporin ointment 3x/day. If worsening, see physician for oral antibiotic therapy. No honey!
