R breast itchy/dry: If it is not red and no discharge from that area seen, it is safe to apply Hydrocortisone 1% am and Clotrimazole (Lotrimin) 1% OTC every night. It may be local irritation/yeast from sweating. Welcome to Healthtap! Dr. Ivy Fisher
