Without the films: It's not possible to provide you more detail. Sorry! If your doctor can't be reached about this now, you could try calling first thing in the am. Make an appointment and see if you can have your doctor go over the X-ray with you and explain what is there. I think that is your best bet. Feel better soon!

Borderline CXR: It likely means that pneumonia could not be definitively diagnosed but that there was a shadow seen that could be compatible with infection. Since you seem to be improving, watch how you feel in the next few weeks. If recovery not complete, another GP visit should be made and perhaps another CXR. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

Hard to say: Why did you get the chest X-ray? Pneumonia? Heart problem? The best answer will come from the doctor that ordered these tests. They can review and answer your question easier than we can.
