Potentially: Hi. By lowering endogenous estrogen, letrozole may lead to a slight decrease in TBG. Unless you are taking l-thyroxine for hypothyroidism, it won't matter, however, because your pituitary will adjust thyroid hormone production to keep it normal. What condition are you taking letrozole for? Good luck!
