I am taking letrozole 2.5 ever other day 4 breast cancer. c- is gone, 2nd mon. of let.. can letrozole change function of my thyroid ? i already have goiter, multiple nodules around the esophagus. been feeling swelling at base of neck in and outward?

For thyroid nodularity, get a referral to an ENT physician for a thryoid scan and possible biopsy. Letrozol will have minimal effect if any on your thyroid function.
