Mid cycle spotting: Yes thats very possible as it is a hormone fluctuation. If this persists a full check up would be recommended for bleeding or infection and if not already on you could consider birth control. Good luck.

I'm experiencing light spotting during my ovulation week, together with jelly like blood clot. Colour: dark brownish red, no odor. Lasted for 5 days.
I have been checked for fibroids and hormone imbalance both are good is there another reason I spot during ovulation time ultra sound was clear?
