Torsion: A testicle can sometimes spin around like a top causing circulation issues. You could also have epipididymitis which is an infection. This one needs urgently addressed at an emergency room with possible ultrasound. Good luck

Rule out torsion: Go to your nearest emergency room ASAP in case you have testicular torsion. Time is of the essence, in case your testicle has undergone torsion (twisting of spermatic cord) to avoid loss of testicle. Hopefully pain is from a twisted appendix testis or epididymitis, but torsion must be ruled out. Good Luck

Infection: At your age most likely cause is infection of the epididymis (if no history of trauma). Need to see your doctor to have this evaluated. STD many times cause of this type infection at your age. Use condoms for all sexual encounters. Hope this helps. Best of luck. Dr R
