Well I think this: Question is better suited for Dr. Phil, or a teen psychologist or marraige and family counselor (and I will forward it to them) I can offer you my opinion. At least in the US it is not unusual for people to maintain amicable relationships with Ex-girlfriends/boyfriends. Chances are if the two have dated the same person, they have many things in common or were already friends before.Common w/ teens

Not weird at all: Adults experience the same thing when they are married and divorce and are still friends with their ex. These are social challenges that you will possibly encounter many times in your life. If it works for you and your friends then keep being friends. If things are uncomfortable its safe to look for a new set of friends. Good luck
