Vertigo: Do you mean vascular insufficiency? There is no such thing as "vestibular" insufficiency. This is a highly unlikely diagnosis for a 30 year old. Why is your spine "hypermobile". I strongly recommend consultation with ENT or neurologist as to the cause of your vertigo.
