Are there any surgical procedures to increase penis size? what are the long and short term effects?

No, ...: The procedures attempting to increase penile length & girth had been designed and done over the past 2-3 decades, but failed to generate the favorable outcome as wished. Instead, the disastrous complications such as infection, lingering pain, and even erectile dysfunction have disappointed the patients and doctors, resulting in many malpractice litigations. So, don't ever try to think about it ...

Yes: However, they do not get you much length (a centimeter or two) and not much girth (1/2-1cm). There are complications related to nerve injury from the surgery, infection, rejection of any synthetic material used in the procedure. Best to talk to a urologist about this issue. Unless you are having problems with peeing or sex, would not recommend it.

Yes, mplants: but this is only if the penis is non-functional. A small working one is far, far more functional than any implant (they wear out, they break, they can get infected).
