Yes: However, they do not get you much length (a centimeter or two) and not much girth (1/2-1cm). There are complications related to nerve injury from the surgery, infection, rejection of any synthetic material used in the procedure. Best to talk to a urologist about this issue. Unless you are having problems with peeing or sex, would not recommend it.
