A member asked:

When is tori bone removal needed from the roof of the mouth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Occasionally: Tori need to be removed if they are rapid growing or they are so large they are interfering with eating or talking. Also, if they need to be biopsied if they are suspected of being something other than tori.
