Torsion: I would suggest an immediate ER visit and testicular ultrasound to rule out testicular torsion, quite common at this age.

Needs urgent check: It is probably a minor condition, but due to the remote possibly that it could be a case of testicular torsion, which can cause permanent damage if left untreated for more than 3-4 days, I recommend an urgent assessment at the nearest ED.

Please go to ER!!!!: This might be an acute surgical condition called testicular torsion. Is the scrotum swollen, or blue? This is a surgical emergency and if not operated in a certain timeframe you may lose the testicle. In testicular torsion the stalk of the scrotum "twists on itself" such that the blood vessels twist and the vein cannot return blood to the systemic circulation thus area getting swollen.
