Play it safe: I seen your earlier ?'s on anxiety and want to encourage you to play it safe. Diets offering amazing results w/out exercise or consciousness of healthy food choices and amounts are risky, fraudulent or both. Yes, I would not be surprised if you'd be more anxious on it than not. Pay attention to servings. Eat non-processed foods w/ ingredients you can pronounce - mostly plants. Moderation's best!

It's possible ..: ChiroThin is typically sold in chiropractor's offices, hence the name. One of its unique features is the use of HCG-like (human chorionic gonadotropin-pregnancy hormone) drops. This supplement seems to suppress appetite so people tolerate the unsafe 700-900 cal/day. But the weight loss is too rapid: heart/thyroid issues, regain likely. This or some ingredient may be causing you anxiety. Best stop!
