What is day 77?: A menstrual cycle begins on the 1st day of heavy flow.It ends on the 1st day of the next period ,on that 1 st day of heavy flow.Cycles could be anywhere between 21 to 45 days in different women and considered normal. The days you bleed is cosidered the days of actual flow. You cN only. Become pregnant during ovulation ,which is 14 days before the new cycle.

Yes: Plan B has to be taken after unprotected sex, not before to be effective.Plan B can work in one of three ways depending on where you are in your cycle. It can prevent or delay ovulation, can interfere with the fertilization of the egg or may prevent implantation by altering the lining of the uterus. If you take Plan B One-Step within 24 hours, it is about 95% effective.
