This is a duplicate: question that you just asked previously. You need a physical exam, neurological check & really pinpoint the cause of your migraines, and left sided weakness so it's not so disabling. You doctor is the BEST person who can help you, who knows your history intimately & can make the best decisions.A virtual exam is impossible to do, and not helpful when you really need to be seen to correlate symptoms.
