Take pregnancy test: First of all, I would take a home pregnancy test. If positive, I would go the doctor for an ultrasound to check for pregnancy or an ovarian tumor. If it is negative, I would still go to the doctor for an ultrasound to check for an ovarian tumor. Ovarian tumors can cause the cessation of periods, abdominal bloating and pregnancy symptoms.
