No: Usually it is not necessary to be on your period to check your hormones. If you haven't had a period in 67 days you need a pregnancy test. If you aren't pregnant there are many other causes. The most common cause is anovulation. (That is probably why you have been put on Clomid (clomiphene)). Sometimes it is necessary to take 10 days of progesterone to bring on a period so that you can take the Clomid (clomiphene).
