Rivaroxaban.: Nothing will make medication safer - But you can prevent head injury - wear helmet / seat belt / air bags / etc. - and avoid activities that put you at unnecessary risk - ladders / skydiving/etc. There is not likely a more safe alternative. If taking for a fib, might consider taking aspirin alone depending your CHADSVASC score. Ask your doc.
