Which is the best medicine for fewer?

Fever?: Ibuprofen is my favorite but tylenol (acetaminophen) works just as well.

RX for fever: Tylenol, acetaminophen or paracetamol, is good for fever and pain, but not inflammation. Anti inflammatories like aspirin, advil or motrin or ibuprofen, aleve or naproxen, and others, if not allergic, and no kidney failure or dehydration may be more effective. In some cases, parents can use both alternating between one and the other every 4-6 hours, Lukewarm sponge baths also work well.
