Gall Bladder?: Do you still have your gall bladder? When your gall bladder gets inflamed you tend to have right upper quadrant pain that can radiate to the back or right shoulder. It is usually worse after eating fatty foods and diarrhea can be associated. Of course, IBS can also cause abdominal pain. You'll just have to wait and see how things progress over the next few days.
