Abd pain: bleeding: At 39, there are many types of intestinal abnormalities which can produce both pain and blood in the stool. It is also more common to have gall bladder stones. Regional enteritis and like disorders can produce the symptoms you describe. Have your healthcare provider refer you to a gastroenterologist, who can do appropriate tests and medications to assist.
