GI doc ?: You may want to adjust what you are doing with you diet in the evening, but if changing that does not help, you may be experiencing gastroesophageal reflux , which should start with a trip to a gastroenterologist, possibly a nutritionist, endoscopy with colonoscopy, and possible medication. I'm not saying you need all this, but the trip to the GI dic's office could help your symptoms

Not related: I would not think that alopecia is related to the nausea. I would have a general checkup with some lab work to further investigate what the cause of your nausea could be. Gastritis? Reflux? Hormonally related...?
