No: Many men with one testicle produce sperm with no problem. Seek the advice of a urologist to try to get to the bottom of the problem.

No sperm: If there are no sperm, both testicles are the problem. Usually the undescended testicle is removed? I would check in with a urologist or fertility expert to sort through your dilemma. All the best.
