Ebola/Marburg virus: High fever, severe headache, muscle and joint pains are the first symptoms. Dirrhea (bloody), nausea/vomiting, raised rash and bleeding from mucus membranes occurs. This family of viruses doesn't cause cardiac disease per say, but left long enough hemodynamic changes occur and chest pain and cardiac failure can occur.
