Get him to the: nearest teaching hospital.Take all of his medical records.Start charting his temperature and present all this to the Department of Pediatrics.They WILL be able to make a diagnosis.Good luck from Dallas,Texas.

Fever: he has what we call a fever of unknown origin. He needs to see a Pediatric Infectious Disease Specialist and/or a Pediatric a Immunologist.
