Zyrtec (cetirizine): The effect of Flonase takes time to develop. The effect of anti-histamines like Zyrtec (cetirizine) are "immediate" and anti-histamines differ in effectiveness from person to person. Hope this helps Dr Z

Yesterday afternoon I noticed a loss of smell. I know there are reports of others saying theyve lost smell and taste while on Flonase. I also know that is a symptom of COVID.
