I have severe dry eyes from sjogrens i also have allergies i find zyrtec (cetirizine) way to drying. does flonase have the same drying effect as other allergy meds?

No: It is a corticosteroid and it will help the allergies as it is antiinflammatory. It does not drying like the antihistamines. You can discuss this with your physician.

From what Ive read and heard, if this was COVID Id feel a lot worse and have fever. What are your thoughts? Loss of smell?
