Positive ANA: Conditions that can result in an elevated ANA include autoimmune disorders, certain drugs, uncommon infections, chronic lung or liver disease, kidney failure, ultraviolet light therapy, malignancy, pregnancy, and false positive/lab error. Hope this helps.
