Tightness: May be spasm of the muscles of chewing. warm compresses may help but check it out with an oral surgeon

Facial trauma: What is your question? You have had "minor" facial trauma with no bone fracture or lacerations. You likely have mild muscle bruise and strain that would benefit from OTC anti-inflammatory meds such as Motrin. You appear to have other chronic pain related issues for which you are taking narcotic and anti-epileptic meds which is not supported by "conditions" or "minor" injury. May need to see doctor
